21 January / Evening
Arrive.
Eat.
Exhale.
A playfully facilitated arrival dinner.
We start over food, with enough play to make the first conversation easy. Nobody arrives as a stranger to the next morning.

01 / Imagine this
Three full days of connection, creation and integration. What can you imagine becoming possible?

That is the question behind Inspiration Days. Bring a curated peer group of alive people with ideas, energy and a willingness to really meet, and give them time to go deep.
What we are designing for is 100% inspiration. A shift in perspective, in your confidence, and in what you believe is possible for you.
We want you to leave with more energy than you arrived with. To come home and plug straight back into your life, ready to thrive, without needing two or three days to recover from the event.
Apply to join03 / The connection behind creation

To feel welcome. To be seen. To know someone has your back. These are needs we bring into every room, including the rooms where we build.
Imagine how much attention you could give to creating if you spent less of it wondering whether you fit in. What might you try? What idea would you finally say out loud?
We make room for that through shared meals, movement, honest conversations and play. The invitation is to create from a place of belonging, and discover what becomes possible together.
Apply to join04 / From arrival to what comes after
Even better than now? Even better than now.
The frame is planned from arrival to departure and beyond. Inside it, there is room for things to unfold naturally.

22 January / Day 01
The first day is about connection. The first beautiful part of a relationship taking shape.
We go from light to deep, until everybody knows everybody enough to feel seen. Through facilitated experiences that stir your hearts and activate your minds.
Among them:
What happens in your body when an investor shouts at you on a crisis call, and how to get your clarity back in that moment.

A playful experience to discover the hidden treasures your peers bring. Trade your assets and grow their value, without the use of money.

23 January / Day 02
Yesterday we built the energy. Today we harvest it.
Through facilitated workshops, masterminds and co-creation sessions, we collectively solve your most pressing quests, increase our influence and impact, and blow our minds open with perspectives, opportunities and solutions.
24 January / Day 03
The part most (un)conferences fail to implement: making space to integrate what has risen. Together.
During a beautiful exploration day of Budapest's romantic winter wonderland, we prepare you so when you go home, you are ready to plug and play - just bigger.
No need for two days of integration, because that's already done. You are ready to thrive.
One week later / And beyond
Keep the inspiration close, with people who shared it with you.
We meet again on an online group experience one week later.
Somatic Therapy PracticeOur therapy partner
Through our sponsor, Somatic Therapy Practice, every participant gets a free first session with a therapist, plus a discount on further sessions.
Therapy is mental fitness for high performers. It is a muscle you train before you need it.
You are invited to join our mastermind community in cohorted sprints, to continue thriving with your peers. Bring what you are working on, build momentum together, and keep supporting each other as you grow.
05 / Bring your whole self
What if your next level of performance came from being more in alignment?
Body, mind, soul and environment. When these support each other, there is more room for clear execution and unexpected ideas. Our ambition is performance that compounds: more creativity, more meaningful action, and the energy to keep going.
Alignment is a practice. We build daily and weekly rhythms that help you stay connected to yourself and return when you drift. Movement, rest, reflection and peers who have your back become part of how you create.
These three days give us a different setting to design that way of being together. Integration starts here, while we are still in the room. You practise what you want to take home, then keep building on it with your peers in everyday life.

Notice. Return. Integrate. Repeat.
06 / What connection does to builders
What changes when you feel truly seen, safe and supported among your peers?
Together with Dr. Melissa Loseke Ablett, DO, we will experience a method she has developed to explore co-regulation: how we find a sense of calm and safety in connection with others. We will explore the role this could play in healing from trauma and loosening old insecurities.
We will track heart rate variability (HRV) alongside participants' own reflections, documenting what shifts over our time together. The measurements are one part of the picture, alongside what people feel and experience.
We will capture this firsthand experience in a short documentary about community, connection and the possibility of change.

07 / The people
I want to bring together people who make you feel more alive just by spending time with them.
You might be building a company, creating something of your own, or making things happen inside an organisation. You have ideas you care about, and you enjoy being around people who are doing something with theirs.
There is space here to talk about what you want to create, ask for help with something you are figuring out, and get curious about each other. Over breakfast, during a workout, or in a conversation that keeps going long after dinner.
You bring your experience and your willingness to participate. And hopefully, a little of your wildness, too.
Apply to join08 / An island in the middle of the Danube river
A car-free island on the Danube, in the middle of Budapest. Around us: a 2 km running loop, an Olympic pool, a riverside gym, medieval ruins and the winter beauty of the city.
We stay at the Ensana Thermal Margaret Island, a thermal spa hotel.
Apply to join09 / Your host

Inspiration Days is my masterpiece. It brings together more than ten years of designing experiences, building communities and creating intentional connections around the world.
From Pyjama Parties to the first Inspiration Days, I have spent those years exploring how we get to know each other. How a group of strangers becomes comfortable enough to be themselves, and what becomes possible once they do.
Everything I have learned goes into these three days. I want to create a magical place where you can fully be yourself and prosper, with people you are excited to have in your life.

Yes. We begin with a facilitated arrival dinner, and the first full day is devoted to connection. You can come without knowing anyone and start getting to know the group from the first evening.

Your hotel room is separate from the event ticket. We stay at the Ensana Thermal Margaret Island and can help you get your room.
Fly to Budapest airport, then allow about 30 minutes to the island, depending on traffic.
No. The three days build on each other.
